The New Durham Public Library is excited to announce the launch of the 2024 Community Survey, aimed at gathering valuable feedback from our community. We’re focusing on how to enhance our services, expand our resources, and create a welcoming environment for all residents.
The survey is designed to be quick and easy, taking only about 10 minutes to complete. Your input is crucial in helping us understand your needs and preferences, so we can better serve you and future generations. Even if you don’t have a library card, NDPL still encourages residents to take the survey.
“We want to hear from everyone in New Durham. The library has grown immensely in the last few years, and we are looking to make some big changes, but before we do, we want to know your thoughts,” said Library Director Caitlin Frost. “Whether you visit often or haven’t stepped through our doors yet, your feedback will guide us in making improvements.”
The survey can be accessed online through the library’s website or social media or in person at the circulation desk. Responses can be anonymous, and participants will have the chance to win a gas or grocery gift card as a thank-you for their time.
